Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis has been around for hundred of years and is a well-established and proven way to enhance your general functioning, making you feel better mentally and/or physically. It is a very safe process, and you are in control at all times.

For those who might not be familiar with hypnosis, it is a natural trance state similar to day-dreaming – a state in which we are conscious and aware, but not distracted by the external world.

How hypnosis differs from day-dreaming is that it focuses the mind, enabling the hypnotherapist to communicate with the unconscious mind, the part that holds all your memories and experiences, to address issues and achieve specific goals. The unconscious is your guide, your advisor, your friend.

Almost everyone can be hypnotised, some easier than others, and the depth of the trance and the level of suggestibility vary from one person to the next.
