Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
NLP helps us to understand the relationship between mind, body, behaviours – and subsequent outcomes.
NLP is made up of three elements:
- neuro – what we think;
- linguistic – what we say (both verbal and non-verbal communication);
- programming – what we do.
By exploring things like the breathing and physiology (biological functions) associated to how we are now compared to how we would like to be (e.g. stressed compared to calm), we can change behaviours.
